I thought of all the things you said,
and the things you'll never say,

I thought of your humor,joy and kindness,
And the silly things you always did,
And I shed a silent tear.
I cried on the inside yet I smile on the outside,
As I reflect on how blessed we were to have you as
a father. I wonder if you ever look down and see us?
Are you proud of us?
You loved us and you taught us well.
You instilled so many things in us,
love, kindness, compassion, strength,
wisdom humor and joy.
And we have done well with it,
For we have shared and passed it on,
And so you live on...
In our minds and hearts and in our actions.
