The flesh in me,
Wants justice or revenge,
The God in me cries out forgive.

The flesh in me wants to do things the easy way of the world,
The God in me says follow , obey, and surrender.

The flesh in me doubts,

The God in me believes,
The flesh in me cowers in fear,
The God in me rises up like a lion.
